I’m an electrical designer living in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, USA. I’ve had a fascination with dragons as long as I can remember. As a kid, dragons were one of the first things I learned to draw, my favorite books were about dragons, and the only dress my mother could get me to wear was made of denim with a little dragon embroidered on the front. I’ve also played video games basically my entire life, and of course, I always sought out games that featured dragons in some form or another.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve Google searched for new dragon games to play and inevitably been disappointed. My goal here is to contribute in the way I know how, by exploring and chronicling depictions of dragons in video games.

“I desired dragons with a profound desire. Of course, I in my timid body did not wish to have them in the neighborhood. But the world that contained even the imagination of Fáfnir was richer and more beautiful, at whatever the cost of peril.”
-J. R. R. Tolkien.
